• Check-in & Check Out Timings: Check-in(2:00PM) Check-out(11:00 am) .Early Check-in & Extended Check out is purely subject to availability and Extra charges may be apply.
• ID Requirements: All Guests/Visitors must provide a valid Photo ID upon arrival. Occasionally Unregistered visitors can be allowed with prior permission.
• Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside Rooms/Washrooms. Guest Can use Private Balconies or Shared Terrace for this Purpose. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
• Housekeeping: For Longer Stays ,Free cleaning (Except Utensils) will be provided every Alternate day. For 1-2 short stay bookings, house cleaning will be done prior to Check-in and post check out only. Any additional Room / Utensils cleaning is available at Extra Charges as per below table. Keep your Filled Dustbin Bag outside your Room Entrance before 10 am.

• Toiletries/Consumables : One Bath Towel Per Bathroom will be Provided along with Handwash, Shower Gel and Shampoo. Washing Machine Liquid/Detergent is Chargeable.
• Pet Policy : Trained Pets are allowed. Guests are advised to take them out for defecation and not to make them use Beds and Sofa. Any special cleaning required due to Pet, may attract extra charges.
• Save Light / Water : Switch off the AC / Lights / Fans when you go out. Save Water / Earth.
• Furniture / Furnishings : Please Do Not eat or drink on the bed and Use Table available in the Room for this purpose. Avoid rearranging the furniture
• Security : Guests are advised to inform caretaker in advance for any Entry/Exit requirement before 6.30am or after 10.30pm , for him to make necessary arrangements.
• Humble Request : This is Homestay and Not Hotel. Kindly treat the property like home and avoid inconvenience to other guests and neighbours.
